Privacy policy

This policy covers minsoesantun.com and the client work of SoeSan Holdings LLC. Each of the studio's apps has its own privacy note on its page. Questions go to hello@minsoesantun.com.

Visiting this website

The site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. Each page view is counted anonymously. The counter records the page, the name of the website that linked to it, whether the device has a touchscreen, and the time zone. It does not store an IP address or any identifier. Vercel and Supabase may briefly see IP addresses in their routine request logs. To stop this browser from being counted, open any page with #fx-notrack at the end of the address. This saves a small setting in your browser. The counts are stored with Supabase and deleted after about 13 months. The site is hosted by Vercel, which handles the network traffic needed to deliver pages, as any web host does. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.

Emailing the studio

When you email the studio or use the estimate tool, which opens an email, the studio receives whatever you choose to send, such as your name, email address and project details. It uses this only to reply, write a quote and do the work. Email is handled by Google Workspace. Project details may also be processed by the AI and code-hosting services the studio uses to do the work, such as Anthropic and GitHub. These services act only on the studio's behalf.

Payments

Invoices and monthly care are handled by Stripe. When you pay, Stripe collects your payment details under its own privacy policy. The studio can see your name, email address, billing address, amount paid and the last four digits of your card, but never your full card or bank number.

Sharing and keeping information

The studio does not sell or rent personal information and does not use it for advertising. It is shared only with the service providers named above, so they can do their part, or when the law requires it. Payment and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Project emails are kept while the work and any care plan continue, and you can ask for them to be deleted after that.

Your choices

You can ask what information the studio holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or ask for it to stop being used, by emailing hello@minsoesantun.com. Records that the law requires the studio to keep are deleted when that period ends.

Children

This site and the studio's services are meant for adults and businesses, and are not directed at children under 13.

Changes

Because the site does not track visitors, it responds the same way whether or not a browser sends a Do Not Track signal. If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
