Terms of use for free apps

These terms cover the free apps, tools and games from SoeSan Holdings LLC, an Indiana limited liability company ("we"). That includes every app listed at minsoesantun.com/products, such as Pennyrow, Flight Claim, Name Stock and the NMIXX fan games. By using an app, you agree to these terms. Paid client work is covered by the separate studio terms. Questions go to hello@minsoesantun.com.

Free to use, as it is

The apps are free and need no account. We may change, pause or remove any app or feature at any time, without notice. You may use the apps for your own personal or business purposes.

Information, not advice

The apps give general information and estimates based on what you enter. They are not legal, tax, financial, accounting, medical or other professional advice, and no client relationship is created by using them. In particular:

• Flight Claim gives an estimate of what EU261 or UK261 may pay. Only the airline, a national enforcement body or a court can decide a claim. Flight Claim does not contact airlines, act for you or take a fee, and we are not a law firm or a claims company.
• Pennyrow helps you organise your own records. It is not tax advice. Check its numbers against your original statements, and ask a tax professional before you file.
• Results depend on the rules and data available when an app was built, and these can change. Check anything important with the official source or a qualified professional before you rely on it.

You are responsible for the decisions you make and the steps you take using an app.

Your data

Most apps run entirely in your browser, and what you type stays on your device. Each app says on its own page what, if anything, it stores. The privacy policy explains the anonymous page counts and how to contact us.

Fair use

Please don't use the apps to break the law, to harm anyone, or to overload, attack or interfere with them or the services they run on. Don't present an app's results as an official decision or as advice from us.

Ownership and names

The apps, their code, design and text are owned by SoeSan Holdings LLC, except for open-source parts, which stay under their own licenses. What you enter is yours. Names of airlines, banks, artists and other companies appear only to identify them. The NMIXX fan games are unofficial, made by a fan, and not affiliated with or endorsed by NMIXX or JYP Entertainment. All trademarks belong to their owners.

Other services

Some apps link to or use other websites and services, such as official sources, Etsy or the services that host the apps. We are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

No warranty

The apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. That includes warranties that they are accurate, complete, current, error-free, always available, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, SoeSan Holdings LLC and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any lost money, profits, compensation, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the apps or reliance on their results. Our total liability for any claim about the free apps is limited to US$50. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law of your country that cannot be limited by agreement.

Changes and the law that applies

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and using an app after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, except where the law of your country requires otherwise. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
