Rice noodles in a lemongrass fish broth with banana stem, crispy fritters and a boiled egg.

Daw Aye grew up helping her mother sell mohinga from a small stall in the early mornings. When the family moved to the US, she kept cooking the same dishes for friends, and the friends kept coming back for more.
Shwe Pot Kitchen opened in 2019 as a small family restaurant. Her son welcomes the guests, and Daw Aye still cooks every dish the way her mother taught her. Come hungry.
