Websites, web apps and promotional videos for small businesses. You get a fixed price in writing before work starts and a private preview to review. For websites and videos, you pay once you approve the finished work.
Every project starts with a fixed written quote, and your domain and accounts stay in your name.

Introductory pricing applies to the first five paid client projects in total across all services. After the fifth, the regular price applies. How does a project begin?
Send a brief by email or use the estimate tool. You will receive clarifying questions, followed by a written quote with price, scope and delivery timeline.
What are the payment terms?
Invoices are sent by email through Stripe and are paid by card. Websites and videos are invoiced in full when you approve the finished work, before the site goes live or the final files are delivered. For web applications and larger projects, the payment schedule is written in your quote.
Monthly care is optional and starts only if you choose it in writing when you accept your quote. Your first care invoice is emailed on the day your site goes live, and you pay it by card. After that, the same card is charged automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next month's charge, with no fee. See the studio terms.
Is a call required?
No. The entire engagement is handled in writing, which keeps a clear record of every decision and lets you respond on your own schedule.
Who owns the finished work?
Once the project is paid in full, the studio hands over all of its rights in the finished site or app as built for you, including the code made for it, and you receive its source code. You register your domain in your own name and pay for it, and the studio connects it. Your accounts are in your name. Work made mainly with AI tools may have limited or no copyright protection. The studio keeps its reusable tools and know-how. Where they are part of your site or app, you get a permanent, free, non-exclusive right to use them as part of it. Open-source parts stay under their own licenses.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. Your website preview is ready within 7 days of the studio receiving your text, photos, menu or services, and hours. For other projects, each written quote states a specific delivery date before any work begins.
Which services are not offered?
Paid advertising management, logo design, photography and guaranteed search rankings.

Before software
12+ years at Dunkin', crew member to store manager
Min Tun is the founder of SoeSan Holdings LLC. Before software, he spent more than 12 years in restaurant operations at Dunkin', advancing from crew member in 2007 to store manager. He taught himself to build software alongside that work.
In October 2026 he started building software with a team of AI agents. The agents write, test and deploy the code; Min sets direction, reviews the work and approves anything that involves money or personal data. That lets a single founder ship at the pace of a small team, with 33 products released so far.
